Yes. Soothra is doctor-led. Your consultation determines whether a preparation is right for you, and a qualified practitioner guides it. This protects you and keeps your care responsible.
How do I book a consultation?
Reach out by form, WhatsApp, call, or email. Share a little about what's going on, and a doctor takes it from there. You don't need to know exactly what you need — that's what the conversation is for.
What happens during the consultation?
Your doctor listens, asks about your history and concerns, and takes time to understand you. If a Soothra preparation suits you, it's recommended and fully explained — benefits and considerations both.
How long does it take?
There's no rush. The consultation takes as long as it needs to, and you're never pressured to decide before you're ready.

Is this properly licensed and made?
Soothra preparations are made under AYUSH licensing, using recognised Ayurvedic ingredients. We are the brand; manufacturing is handled by a licensed partner under formal agreement.
What is Vijaya?
Vijaya is a plant recognised within the Ayurvedic tradition and used as an ingredient in some of our preparations, prepared to modern standards under licence.
Can I buy products directly?
Our preparations are available through consultation rather than direct purchase. This ensures what you receive is right for you and guided by a qualified doctor.
