1. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. To cancel your order, please contact us immediately with your Order ID.

If the order is prepaid, the full amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment.

After Dispatch

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

In case of refusal at delivery for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, return shipping charges may be deducted.


2. Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product
  • You notify us within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened products
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Products returned without original packaging

For hygiene and safety reasons, health and wellness products once opened are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective.


3. Refund, Return, Replacement & Exchange Process

Refund Timeline

If the refund request is approved, the refund amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days.

Return Timeframe

If a return request is approved by us, the returned product will be picked up and delivered back to us within 5–7 business days.

Replacement Timeframe

If a replacement request is approved by us, the replaced product will be delivered to you within 5–7 business days.

Exchange Timeframe

If an exchange request is approved by us, the exchanged product will be delivered to you within 5–7 business days.

Mode of Refund

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method
  • COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer (bank details will be requested)

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Share clear unboxing photos or videos within 48 hours of delivery
  • Email us with your order details and proof

Claims submitted without proper proof may not be accepted.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated timeline:

  1. Please check with your bank or payment provider first
  2. Then contact us for further assistance

6. Changes to This Policy

Soothra reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
